So I will take part in thefameofhealthandfitness’ challenge, yay! ^_^
My personal goals for the next 30 days will be:
Work out for 30-120 minutes 4-6 times a week.
Cut out all added sugar.
Get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.
Absolutely no soda!
Drink 1-2 glasses of water with every meal, and in total 2l of water every day.
Allow myself sweets (in moderation!) 3 times each in the 1st & 2nd week & 2 times in the 3rd and 4th week of the challenge. (This one will be tough for me because I’m literally addicted to sweets & this got to change!)
Part of the challenge is to measure yourself on the first day (tomorrow, which totally fits my plan of taking measurements tomorrow anyways) & on the last day.
